Sea Day

Richie Tang

On the sandy path I walk.
My left hand side it’s a sea.
Hey my mother’s calling me.
But I’m walking toward the tree.
Ignore her just to be free.

People are enjoyed walking barefooting.
Along the coast of the edge of the sea.
What’s an ignorant monkey up over that tree.
Having fun with that coconut tree.
Don’t you care about the rising and falling of the sea.

Sitting there whistling
I look around, look far, look wide,
Look to the sky, and to the sand,
And to the sea.

Enjoy capturing this memory.
